What tickets am i supposed to buy for the fair at the PNE? (if i still want to go on the rides in playland)?

ok so tomorrow i'm going to playland with my friends, and there's a fair going on, and i want to buy my tickets online so i can avoid the long lines~ here's the website for the fair tickets:

Buy your ticket from Safeway or from 7-11 if you want to avoid long lines and also if you buy from safeway or 7-11 you get a discount. If you want access to all rides you should by the $40 adult fare 48" over ticket which gives you entrance to the fair and access to all rides. But if you buy from safeway or 7-11 you will probably get a discount.
