If you left Denver Colorado (Lat 40 degrees N, Long 105 degrees W) at 8:00 PM on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2001 and travelled for 10 hours before arriving in Sydney, Australia (Lat 35 degrees S, Long 150 degrees E) what day and what time would you arrive in Sydney?

Please explain how you got your answer.

there is 16 hour difference so which means that at 8pm denver time it is 12 noon the next day in sydney so if you fly for 10 hours it will be 10pm on the 1st of january 2002 when you arrive
