What time/channel are the 2008 Men's USA Olympic Basketball Games televised?

My husband is a basketball fanatic and was very disappointed that he couldn't find the USA men's olympic basketball game on television the other night. We turned onto NBC on Tuesday when it was supposed to be televised only to find swimming and volleyball, etc., no basketball. I checked the nbc olympics online and the schedule shows the games @ 8 p.m. every other night (Tues., Thurs., Sat., etc.) Any information is greatly appreciated. We're on CST and have Direct TV.

Same thing happened to me, I was to watch it at a special time, but instead i found it on the interenet, LIVE, they don't show it live on nbc (tv), i live in LA and they said 10 ET so i tuned in a 7 and it was showing nothing and then saw the game at 10:00, so try to see them online if you want to, but if you want to see it on the tv, wait at the ET time in your time, like at 10 they will show a replay, weird ain't it, USA beat Greece 92-69

For Next Game is Pre-Final with Spain on August 16 22.15 PM(Beijing Time)

I don't know your zone but Chin lead +13..therefore USA time is 08.15 AM..

But for sure you check on NBC

**For free watch live online. I never try because I live out USA  but I read from site please told me if you can watch free online.
