Question:

What time do I need to report?

I know this is a pretty silly question but on my orders there's no specific time. My report date (to my new duty station) is this Monday. I was thinking since there is no specific time then it'd be best to come first thing in the morning (7am). I'm in the Army btw. Anyone?

  1. 0900 is always a good time to report. Come looking sharp with all your proper documents. And no you don't look too fat unlike what the other clown just wrote.

Good luck with your assignment maybe people kill for an AGR job.

  2. Its no specific time for you to report as there is always a Staff Duty on duty for you to sign in. However for your convience I will go in the morning around 9 when everyone is at work. Good Luck.

WHere are you being stationed if you dont mind me asking?

Oh Ok Good Luck and you WANT to recruit, WOW. Good Luck with that too. lol

  3. I would report between 0900 and 1700.  I made the mistake of assuming staff duty existed for the MI Bde I reported to.  No dice.  On the other hand, no one cared that I was a day late.

  4. Your orders have the name and address of the office. Look up the number call and ask them what time they want you? They will let you know who to see and what time to see them. You don't want to show up in the middle of PT or a pT test or a meeting of some sort.

DO NOT BECOME A RECRUITER! My husband is an AGR recruiter and we have been doing this for 7 years. Once USAREC gets their hands on you they may very likely involuntarily convert you and make you do this until you retire. We are very thankful for the pay and benefits but there are so many not so great things about recruiting as well.
