What time do I take my medicine?

If its 10pm central time(the time I live in) and 8 pm Pacific time(where I'll be Thursday) what time should I take my medicine if I take it 10 pm central time?

  1. Without knowing which medication you take, I recommend that you take it at the same time each day, i.e. take it at the time you'd normally take it based on your "usual" Central Time Routine.

    *Please note that your physician's advice should supersede mine.

  3. You need to take your medicine at 10pm "Central Time" no matter where you're at. So when you're in Pacific Time, that would be 8pm there, but it's still 10pm in Central Time. If you take your medicine at 10pm Pacific Time, you will be taking your medicine 2 hours late.

    Therefore, you would take your medicine at 8pm Pacific Time (which would equate to the same time you usually take it.)
