What time do hamsters start excercising?

Mine just started at 8 pm and then fell asleep again.

hamsters are nocternal, so they are most active at night. Sometimes, they will be awake for short periods of the day.

Hamsters can sleep up to 20 hours a day, so they exersize very little. They can be awake for longer though. Hmasters exersize whenever they are awake and have the energy and are not groming, eating drinking etc.There is normally no pattern in there active times, although one may come through.

I have a hamster, sometimes its at 8 or even 10 pm, it depends if your hamster is up most of the day, if so, your hamster will still play at night and take occasional naps. My hamster does the same thing. If your hamster isnt up most of the day, sometimes your hamster could of worked out to much and wanted to take a nap. Perfectly normal.

yeah, hamsters are nocturnal. they excersize mostly at night but due to our artificial light they may wake up and play a bit in the day.

i have found it can vary.  some nights they are up at nine or ten.  other nights they might not get up until three in the morning.  

my syrian hammie will be up in the afternoon for a few hours and then sleep till almost three in the morning.  i guess it varies by how they feel.

Hamsters are normally nocturnal animals,so they can be up all hours of the night,but I think it kind of varies!!My hamsters up and about at really random times!x x x

Hamsters love to sleep during the day and come out at night. Lets call that..nocturnal.
