What time do i take my birth control pill? PLS HELP!?

i'm supposed to start the pill on the first day of my period.. which is today. but i'm not sure what time i'm supopsed to take it... can it be anytime? and just make sure its taken at the same time from today on? or.. does it have to be at certain time? its my first time taking the pill... so yeah thanks in advance!

if its your first time taking it. your supposed to take the pill after your period ends. the pill keeps your from having your period, so you dont want to start taking it till after that. pick a certain time of day where you will alway have axcess to it. and yes it does need to be pretty much the same time evryday. its ok to vary a little, like a couple hours. but it will work best on a consistent schedule. if you forget and miss a day, makesure you take yesterdays and today pill at the same time. what the pill does is simply put, tricks your body into thinking your already pregnent. so it cannot become pregnent. atleast thats what my doc  told me when i got on mine. good luck :)

take a pill and start counting backwards: 99 98 97 96 untill your silly rump gets sleepy.:D

Whatever time you take it make sure it is the same time everyday.  I have always been told to take it first thing in the morning.

The best time to take it is right before bed time. Keep it by a night stand where you can see it.  The pill is easy to forget. Take it the same time everynight. Or, if you feel more comfortable taking it in the morning, take it then. As long as you keep it near your bed so you won't forget.
