What time do shops open in newcastle airport!!?

i am flying on wednesday and need to be at airport for 5.30.will there be anywhere open to have breakfast etc?last year we flew at 9.30 and places were just opening up.thanks

flew at 5am in april and they were all open then bar and cafe 7shop all open

Starbucks and Greggs are always open.  The bar and cafes tend to open about 6.00am.
