i heard that they are usually having lunch at 1pm-4pm, and they are having their dinner at 10pm. It's kinda late for me..i'm just curious about their time zone routine. i also heard that spain gets the most daytime longer than than nightime.

you can also tell what time you usually wake and sleep in your country, and what time do you eat different meals...

  1. Hello

Those that study or work usually wake up at 7 am in order to be by work/school at 8 to 8:30 am.

Lunch is usually around 1 pm to 3 pm. Any food consumed after that is called "once (on - say)" that would be the "tea time" aroun 5 to 6 pm.

Dinner is around 8 to 9: 30 id say most of the time.

I usually go to bed late but an ok time would be 10:30 - 11:30

    Hope this helps

  2. I have no clue what to tell you about the Spaniards.

However, I eat breakfast by 8:30, lunch by noon, and dinner by 7pm.

Generally speaking, of course.... I also eat many other smaller meals, haha.
