  1. Normally about midday-1pm. I was there about that time last week, and there was only one stand left. I am not sure if it is the same everyday, however I think so. Go a little earlier to see all the pretty flower shops!


  2. Very good question. I have no idea. I know it is there during the day and then when we go for dinner it is gone. Maybe at sunset??
