I'm assuming you're talking about London here.  If not, ignore what follows!

Depends on where you're starting from and where you're  going to.

In general, the last train on a Saturday leaves at about 20 past midnight and the first train on a Sunday leaves at about 7.15am.

To be safe use TfL's journey planner (link below) and this has the added advantage that it will give you night bus times as well.
