What time do you think i will get in my first 5k?

i have a 4:49 mile, 10:16 2mile and 37:49 10k

I'd say depending on the course and weather conditions somewhere between a 16:30 to 17:00.

probably between 16:30 and 17:00 because i was 16:44 5k this year  with a 4:45 and a 10:09 and i havent done a 10k but im sure i would be around your time

this calculator estimates you would be 16:41 based onyour mile and 2 mile but i dont know how accurate it is

I just turned 15, but as a 14 year old in track last year i ran 1 5:05 mile , a 10:55 2 mile and a 39:54 10k.  My best 5k time is 18:25 so you should be in the 16:15-17:30 range.

Try using this tool on Runner's World to help you, just enter what it says to do and you'll get your projected times.

18 minutues maybe; i think you could get it down to 17 or less by the end of the season
