What time do you think should a 12 year old should have to go to bed?

is 10:00 too late? is 9:00 too early? what time???

There is no correct time but the one your parent tells you. If you are being a little brat and arguing about when you should go to sleep stop. If you really want to stay up later prove to your parents with a well thought out explanation of why you can stay up later. if they still say no go to fn sleep.

when I was 12 I had to go to sleep at 9:30.
