What time does UPS start delivery?

I reside in Saint Louis and I am expecting a packages from UPS. About what time do they start delivering?

If it was shipped UPS red label it could be there as early as 8am. If it went regular UPS it could be anytime during the day depending on the route. I would guess you could expect it sometime between 10am and 3pm. If you have a tracking number look it up on the web it will tell you if it is out for delivery.
