i think brunch ends at 1pm.

depends on the el toritos.. because theres el torito bar/grill, el torito restaurant, and upscale versions of el toritio like the one in brea, ca (orange county). it is very classy and very upscale, very fancy, your napkins aren't paper, but its cloth and instead of chips like most el toritos,  you get flour tortillas and salsa.. it doesn't look like the average ones..
