I'm looking to get married in November this fall 2008. I'm trying to coordinate my wedding ceremony and my wedding pictures. I'm just trying to see if I can still have my wedding at 4pm and still have time to beat the sun and take pictures with my wedding party after my ceremony.. Will there still be day-light? I can't remember...Please help...THX! =)

  1. why are you asking this question has no one told you this is the uk ask someone in the usa

  2. I found this online--I'm assuming by LA you mean Los Angeles, if you mean Louisianna, then I'm sure you can go to the home page of this site, and work your way to Louisianna.  Good luck!

Unless you're having your wedding on Nov 1, DST ends on Nov 2, and sunset is an hour earlier for the rest of the month, closer to 5pm, which would make your timing tight at best.  I'd probably back my ceremony time up to 3pm.

  3. I live here in LA. 5pm is already dark in Nov... feels like already 7pm EST. 4pm is already some kinda gloomy afternoon.

I suggest you change it to earlier times. Wedding ceremonies usually takes around one to one and half hours.

Picture taking is best when all the sponsors and all the guest are all there... which basically during or after the wedding ceremony.

Good luck and best of wishes!
