What time does the dinner restaurant week start at?

I dont want to walk in at the wrong time and be forced to order from the wrong menu... We eat dinner at like 9 at home so idk what time they'll let us start ordering

most places start around 4:00 but by 9:00 most are getting ready to close

Do you mean, like the dinner rush, or the menu? The rush depends on what city you live in... I work as a bartender in Miami and we get busy at like 8:00... but it all depends... not really sure what you're asking for. Restaurants usually close between 10-12. Be there about a half hour before a restaurant closes and you won't make anyone mad, and you'll have enough time for a nice meal!
