What time does the free night minutes start and end for Verizon? and what time does it start and end for AT&T?

My eldest brother is buying me a phone on in his family plan for Verizon, and I wanted to know what time I could start talking without wasting any minutes, talkin for free at night.

and I wanted to know AT&T's info because I wanna compare Verizon to AT&T.

verizon starts at 9 and pretty sure ends sometime early morning

AT&T:7:00 pm- 7:00am

verizon has better signal though i prefer verizon
