What time does the sun start to get hot?

i want to start tanning early in the morning, when is the earliest i can go out and acctually get some sun?

  1. lol its always hot. its constanatly turn mass in energy & energy back in to mass.

    That's when the sun is at it's hottest.

  3. Actually, the sun is the  same temperature all the time.

    It's rays are probably more intense and useful for tanning around 10-2.  It's rays are probably less harmful in the early morning hours (7-9AM)  and the late afternoon hours (4-6PM). I'd advise against "baking" in the sun.

  4. We should all try not to get burnt in the sun and to be aware of the damage it can do to our skin. But some people need to be particularly careful.
