What time era should be my party themed?

Personally, I think PIMPs and GANGSTAs would be fun, but um I love Greek history, if you were thinking 80's or something I think maybe around there, they had funny hairstyles and clothes back then (no offence).

this has many factors to consider. how old are you, what kind of music will you have, what activities will you have, and what is or isn't your thing (your likes and dislikes) chica there had a good idea with the Romans! not necessarily a animal house style toga unless your of that age (not a minor or in the company of minors) and the other home girl is right! 70's and 80's are super easy to pull off! and can be done at any age! luau's!!!! luau's are some where in the middle of all of this!!!! in fact they were and still are in every time era and go well with virtually any kind of music!  hula!!!!

I think 80's parties are so stupid. Most of the people that throw them weren't even alive in the 80s. In my opinion the only cool era parties are the 20s, 50s, and 60s.

well...whatever your theme is, make sure you have music that relates to the time era!! And make sure on your invitations, you add that they please dress up!! That's how a party starts, with fun people who aren't afraid to dress up. That's why the 70s or 80s would be really neat, b/c you dont want to do something like medieval, b/c ppl rly wont have costumes for that. 70s and 80s are easy to dress up as!! and its a lot of fun to!!!
