8:00 PM on ESPN and it's not the Daytona 500 it's not even a Cup Event it's a Nationwide series race and is only 100 laps.

the nationwide series race has pre-race coverage beginning at 4pm (EDT) on espn2. don't know the exact green flag time, but "race coverage" begins at 8pm EDT.
