There is no CEST.  There is CST  (Central Standard Time)CDT (Central Daylight Time), EST (Eastern Standard Time), and EDT (Eastern Daylight Time).  

As it is summer, and we&#039;re in Daylight Saving Time, most places probably use Central Daylight Time, not Central Standard.

19:00 is 7:00 p.m. (if you&#039;re going by military time or a 24-hour clock, just subtract 12 from any hours past noon).

I live in Italy on Central Europe and have a home in Denver on mountain time. The time difference Between Central Europe and CST is 7 hours. 7 pm (19:00) here is noon there.
