Noon in Canada is always 12:00 pm, but if your talking what time noon would be there at the time it is here, there are several times. Canada's noon can be:4am, 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm. If you're in Hawaii, noon is can be as early 4am, but in Maine, it can be as late as 4pm.

Well like was siad. If both hands on the clock are pointed at 12 and it is daylight wherever you are, then that is called NOON. 12:00:00PM or High Noon. If it is dark out side that is called MIDNIGHT or the witching hour.
