What time is a good time to go to bed?

Ok.. Im a 16 y/o guy and I've been giong to bed rly late like 12 or 1 am...

and I'm just wondering when I should b going to bed and about what time I should b waking up...

About how many hours of sleep should I b getting?...

Like.. I go to sleep late and wake up late ever since summer has started...

  1. you should get eight hours if you can try 12 to 8  


  2. Normally after sun set the center of attraction of earth is too much, as a result people are not advised to travel too much in the night. this is one reason for us get more sleepy than the days. Also doctors advise to take dinner before 10 and no meal after that. Take plenty of water during the day than after the sun set.

    More over keeping you awake after 10 is bad for health and all the working parts of our body as they may start producing problems after a certain age. You may even get black ring around your eyes.

    Another thing is that a normal human should take 8hours of rest (rest through sleeping) by which you are giving your internal organs a fresh time and the time accumulate energy for next day.

    so i suggest you to take rest after 10 and get up at 6 (if you are not that lazy about health and its concerns) :-)


  3. you should get 8 hour of sleep i hear that it was go for the brain u  could do really good in school if u get the right sleep u would be more alter in school  u should go to be at 11 or 10 get up at 7

  5. I just sleep till my bodies refreshed. Try to get a good 8 or so hours in, personally i like to get 10 or so.  

  6. 10 pm to 6am is the best time
