What time is it there if i am in the midwest?

i am going on a cruise to labadee,haiti, ochos rios,jamica, george town,grand cayman, and cozumel mexico.i just want to know the time diffrences or if there is one.

Time differences are difficult to manage on a cruise ship in the Carribean.  Since you are moving alot it can change quite often.  When you are in the Western Carribean and Mexico, you might be in the central time zone, but can cross into the eastern time zone often if you head just a little east. When you head back east toward Grand Cayman, your in the eastern time zone from then on.  Hope this helps.
