What time is it where you guys are? Its almost midnight here and i cant sleep im kinda ?

scared!! lol im 13 and scared to sleep alone :( i know, im such a loser anyone else here that is the same. i end up sleeping with my sister or my mom, very embaressing.

how can i learn to sleep by myself im sooo scared.!!

  1. its almost midnight here also don't worry when i was your age i always wanted to sleep with someone.as soon as i turned 15 i wanted to be in my own room by myself...it will come


  2. look, if u afraid to sleep alone u could sleep with the lights on...and if that doesn't work than ask ur parents to sleep in ur room and in the middle of the night when ur asleep   they can go to their room this way u will feel like someone is with u but ur really sleeping alone and btw...wat are u afraid of   dont wrry i wont laugh...i mean im 14  and im afraid of complete darkness,    if u wanna talk to someone who wont laugh just send me a message k

  3. 12:03 were live. I use to be scared of the dark but i always wanted to be in the dark outside  fishing in the woods. kinda strange. I did not like being home in the dark i hear noises and stuff that freak me out.  im 20 now and a few months ago i was at my freinds house by myself in the middle of the woods and  my mind just ran whild. so i jump in my car and took off.  I freak out and dont no why. Im use to being thier  alone.  

  4. i used to be afraid of the dark. . . until I got into a situation where I was the one who didnt want to be seen. all of the sudden, the dark and teh shadows of trees seemed like the  most welcoming safest place on earth, silly isnt it? its all mental and you'll get over it in time :)

    plus, everyone likes to be with another person. . .  have like, a night light or just close your eyes and sleep ...oh that last suggestion didnt help at all did it. sorry hun.

  5. it's 1:01 am here. I'm sorry you're scared.  I think some common remedies to your fear might be to just turn a light and tell yourself that your fears are irrational. Just say like " I know that (insert fear here) isn't true" or something like that. it really helps

  6. It's almost 10pm here. Get up and get some warm milk.   It really works!  Keep your door open a little, a light on if necessary.  There's nothing to be embarrassed about.  Just remember that you're in a nice bed and you're safe.  You are!  You are safe.  :)
