I,m not sure,I,m from USA. I do have a question though. Iv'e received e-mail from UK saying I've won national lotttery, and instruction on how to receive it.  They want around 520.00 in us dollars sent to them, or a barrister to represent me and file all the necessary paper work before they'll send me my money, does trhis sound legit?
