What time of day is the best time of day to list items for sale on eBay???

Later in the day 7-10 pm, then the majority of people will be home when the auctions end!

well you have to consider west coast time as well as east coast.  I usually like having it finish on Sunday afternoon.

Monday - Thursday people are working, making dinner and what nots

Fri, and Saturday is well what it is....

and sunday is just a good time to be online.

The best tactic is to list at a time of the day most people will be around..

Like at 7pm, most people have finished work and are relaxing at this time, and will more likely be at a computer..

However you then miss out the bidders who only have access to the internet at work! So id say its a 50-50 split, either at about 1pm or 7pm

The best day, would be a saturday/friday..Most people are at home these days, and are ready for the weekend so they will be a bit more willing to splash some cash.

The worst day to list would be on a sunday. I cant remember exactly what, but..the administrators refresh the servers and do tests on sundays so the pages are likely to load slower and error messages are more likely.

you want to list for an optimum ENDING time

depends on what you are selling really

think of your target market

and when they are most likely to be browsing

ie; a childs toy for instance, dont have it ending at half 3 on a school day, most mothers who are likely to be buying will be picking kids up from school

you can delay when it posts and ends it costs very little 6p uk/12c usa

this sets the time if you cannot be there to list at the time you want it to end

sunday nights are the busiest times on Ebay for most things around 8-9pm though
