  1. You will burn the most fat by running in the morning before eating breakfast


  2. early morning from 3 to 5 is the best time to wake up and do some exercise as the ozone content is more in the atmosphere at this time which will give u new lease of energy

    And yes also remember that one shall not eat or drink anything b\w 9 to 11am but can drink water only, during 11 to 1 pm but also remember  no hard work at this time (ie b\w 11 to 1)  as the oxygen may get mixed with carbondioxide and there are cahnces of getting heart attack ,or paralytic or body pain .breakfast should be completed before 9 am
