What time of the day is best to take an OPK?

  1. I did mine around 11am, when i got up at 8. it was positive. x


  2. I have read that you shouldnt do these early in the morning (first toilet trip) as the LH surge is stronger in the morning so may show a positive which does not relate to ovulation. x
