What time of the month and or what days should you throw a baby shower.?

I am just a little curious because this is my first child and don't want to make any mistakes and have the shower at the wrong time...

You should have it about 2 months before your due just in case the baby comes early. It also gives you time to buy the rest of the stuff that wasn't purchased off your registry and any last minute things. And it gives enough time to set up the nursery with all the new things you got. Have it on a saturday or sunday from 12-2 or 2-4 a lunch or brunch type thing.

You can do whatever you want with your shower! there is no right way...its what you want. or whoever plans it for you. i had mine on a saturday. the end of the month.

Usually anytime in your third trimester. They are usually on weekends and its usually all women.

You should have it on a Saturday or Sunday. Weekends usually work best for a lot of people. As for what time of month, it doesn't really matter.

You could either have it before your baby is born or after.

My friend is having her shower after so when all the relatives come for the shower they can see the bundle of joy...

There's no right and wrong time to have a shower.  It's basically whenever you want it.  Some women have it very early in their pregnancy, some wait until they are almost due.  Some women like their showers on a Saturday and some on a Sunday. Whatever you say goes.

My baby shower for my first baby was lunch on a Saturday afternoon 2 months before she was born.  My baby shower for my second was a brunch on a Sunday morning 3 weeks before he was due.
