  1. 1) The parts of a hurricane are the quadrants, the eye, and the eye wall.  The strongest part of a hurricane are in the right front quadrant, and right around the eye wall. The eye is the calmest spot. The eye is in the center. The sun usually comes out when the eyes passes, then after about 30 mintutes, the rest of the storm comes
