What time of year is best for getting a good deal on a modular home display?

Is it when new models come out? When is that? Is Fall the best time? Winter? Does anyone know?

Don't try to time it.  It always balances out.  Prices go up but mysteriously they offer you a lower interest rate.  Or the price drops but the "closing fees" mysteriously go up by $500.  It's life.

There are no good deals on modular homes.   I don't care what Smiley Bob salesman says, if it comes in pieces, it is going to be a harder resale down the road, and is not a good investment.

Anyway, I digress.

Winter is typically the best time, as the market slows down.
