I'm doing a book report by "The Goose Girl" by Shannon Hale and I don't know what period it is set in. Which century? . . . . .

  1. I don't know that it is really set in any period as it is really a fantasy type novel.

    but if i were to hazard a guess i would say 1800ish


  2. It's not set in our world, so say that for time period. Make connections to certain time periods, like their transportation and government are like 1700's England.

    And may I say that "The Goose Girl" may be my favorite book of all time. It's the only book I can't put down every time I read it. I highly recommend "Enna Burning", also by Shannon Hale.
