go to www.timeanddate.com and you can get it excatly

It's simple.  I'm in California and it's 6pm, Vietnam is 2 hours ahead, 8, then change pm for am, so it's 8am in Vietnam.  That's the easilest way for me to figure it out.  If you're in a different state or country, just subtract or add from that time zone to California's time zone.
