  1. 8:30 would be ideal. Probably between 8:30 and 9:30.

  2. Since you're alwasy exhausted in the morning then maybe you need to go to bed earlier than you do (it's not rocket science)

  3. you need 9 to 10 hrs of sleep

  4. if i were you, the latest i'd go to bed would be 10pm

and i'd catch up on my sleep on the weekend!  but dont let sleep take over your life HAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAH ok

    bye

  5. 8-9pm.....maybe 8:30

  6. depends sort of on age but I go to bed at 10 and I get up at 6:30 so maybe 9 if you are around 14 like I am

  7. 7:30 or 8:00

7:30 would be the ideal time, but that's probably a bit early for most kids (although I remember when I turned 12 was the first time I was allowed to stay up past 8pm and in fact most kids went to bed early back then)

  8. 9:30

  9. Wow, this is a great question, did you know on 20/20 a few weeks ago they actually did a study on sleep deprivation, and it was reported that around 85% of school children were sleep deprived, which actually has symptoms of ADHD, and other mental health disorders that could be easily mistaken, as well as easily fixed by simply making sure a child gets plenty of sleep. babies ages from birth to 3 years need a minimum of 12 - 13 hours per day of sleep. 4-6 need a minimum of 10-12 hours. 7-10 need a minimum of 10 hours. 11 through to teens need anywhere from 8.5-9.5 hours of sleep per night. adults need at least 8 hours.

the problem is that it is believed that we can control this part of our brain, that we can adapt ourselves to sleeping less, which is just not true....if you are missing the sleep your body needs each night....it will make it up somewhere, which of course can have serious consequences. I'm not sure how old you are exactly, but if you have to get up at 5:30 then I would suggest getting to bed no later than 9pm.

  10. go to bed at the same time you wake up. that way you have 12 hours in bed.  since people suppose sleep only 8 hours  a night then you have four hours to stay in bed if you don't wish to get up out of bed.  imagine what extra 4 hours you can do in bed in the morning.

  11. You should try arround 9:00 to 10:00 depending if you have any homework. I take a nap right after school so the time might be off for you.

  12. i G0t t0 WAkE UP At tHAt tiME t00!

    WELL UMM i G0 NiTE-NiTE AT 9:00.

  13. 8:30 or 9

  14. nine or nine thirty

  15. After you finish dinner and homework. I need to get up at 5:30 too. I normally go to bed around like 9:30 - 10:00, but sometimes I stay up until 11 or 12 to finish projects. I'm always tired too, so when I can I go to bed earlier. I take all AP classes, so I have lots of work to do. Going to bed at 9:30 will give you 8 hours of sleep - reccomended for adults/teenagers. For middle schoolers (like 10-14) It's reccomended you get 10 hours, therefore you'd go to bed at 7:30 which is like, so not going to happen for anyone on the planet. Anywhere between there depending on how old you are, and how much sleep you feel you need. Make sure you eat well, and get everything you need to get done done. Food is fuel, so eat up on the way out the door. Try doing absolutley everything you need to the night before (homework, shower, pick outfit.) So in the morning, all you have to do is All the basic brush your teeth, wash your face, and then you can get dressed and eat breakfast. It seriously saves like 30 minutes. If you already do, I feel sorry for you. Everyone is always exhausted at school. You're not alone at all.
