What time should I go to sleep?

I have to wake up at 6:30 a.m. for work, I'm wondering

what time should I get to bed so I'm ready and not

tired, drowsy, or sleepy?

  1.  For the best utilization of the abilities which lie inside you I think to should be sleeping at about 11.00 P.M. By doing so on the next day you will be full of potential and there would not be any sort of laziness around you. 


    The sleeping is dependent upon the age factor as well like an infant kid sleeps almost 16 to 20 hours a day. Likewise when your age goes increasing the sleeping time decreases.

    But as you mentioned that you are working means that you are some what more then 25 years and at this age 6 to 7 hours of sleep is more then enough to keep to active for the next day.
