What time should a 10 year old and 6 year old go to bed?

If they are going to have to wake up at 6:30 or 6:00 (earliest 5:30) what time would they have to go to bed on school nights?????

    I would guess.


  2. 8:45 for the ten year old

    7:00 for the 6 year old

  3. 6.30 or 7.00 as a child needs around 11-12 hours sleep

  4. 10 year old- 8.30pm

    6 year old- about 7.15 or something.?
