  1. 10pm

  2. My 12yr old daughter goes to bed @ 9pm. That means no TV on or reading either, lights out!

  3. Depends on what time they get up. Most 12 year olds need at least 8 1/2 hrs of sleep each night. The best amount is 9-10 hours. If you plan on getting up at 6-6:30, get to bed by 10-10:30. If you are getting up at 7 then get to bed by 11 and so on. Earlier is always OK!

  4. Dont force them to go to bed they will pass out when they are tired enough just make them be in there room by 10pm. Im 18 and my mom still calls me 50 times a day when its near 9 and tell me to get home and go to bed. Forcing us our whole lives will cause you more trouble in the future

  5. When I was 12 I would have to have lights out by 10

  6. when i was 12 i went to bed at 930

  7. Arround 9

  8. a twelve year old should go to  bed at 9

  9. I have an 8 year old and she goes to bed at 8:30 so I would say no later then 9:00pm. 12 is still pretty young.

  10. im 12, and lights out by ten!

  11. Well I'm 15 and I go to sleep at 10-11, unless I don't got school, then it would be somewhat around 12

  12. 9:30 p.m. is a decent time

  13. I think a decent time for a 12 year old to go to bed is 9:00!

At age 12 I do believe that was my bed time!

  14. 10:00

  15. Anytime they want.

  16. Totally depends on the child and how much sleep they can function on.  Some kids need more sleep than others.  Generally, I would say 9 hrs.

  17. Pre-teens and teens need quite a bit of sleep (about 10 hours a night) so find out when you have to wake up and try to go to sleep 10 hours before that time (if you get up at 7, try to go to sleep at 9)

and on weekends, if you tend to sleep in, you can get away with going to sleep later than that, but it is best if you stick to the same sleep schedule every day of the week.

but how should I know, I get 6 hours of sleep max a night :P

    11 ~ 12 YRS AROUND 10:45

  20. It depends what time they need to get up in the morning.  Kids that age should have about 10 hours of sleep.

  21. At 9 or 10

  22. Depends on if the child can wake up easily or not.

and what time they have to wake up.

    I think 12 year olds who are probably going through "that stage" should get about 9 hours of sleep [;

  23. 10 hours before they have to get up.

    11 y/o: 9:30 to 10:00
