What time should i wake up to change my clock for dst?

I HAVE A FLIGHT LEAVING FOR JAMAICA AT 7:35AM WHAT TIME SHOULD I LEAVE MY HOUSE TO BE ON TIME WITH THIS DST, ITS CONFUSIN I HOPE I DONT SLEEP OVER TIME, HELPPP!!!!

  2. don't forget to have 2 hour spare time for going through security.

  13. If your flight is sunday,  set the clock before you go to bed saturday night.  No harm no foul.

  16. It really depends on how long it take you to get to the air port.  You probably should want to be at the airport around 4:30am.

  17. Set your clock ahead one hour when you go to bed (for example, if it's 11:00, set it for 12:00. Then set your alarm for the time you think you should get up, planning to be at the airport two hours in advance.

  22. in the US daylight savings time officially begins at 2 am on Sunday, March 9th, 2008.  I usually change my clock when i go to bed on saturday night.  you didn't say where you live or where you are flying out of, but i am assuming you are in the US?  if so, you have to move your clock ahead one hour, so try to go to bed a little early so you don't oversleep ;)
