What time the psn stores update in costa rica?

i have a ps3 and i live in costa rica so i want to know what is the exact hour that scee updates that store and what time is on my country tanks

Anteojos, you say you live in Costa Rica; so do I.  I've lived in Costa Rica for almost five years and bought property there over 14 years ago.  I am completely bi-lingual in Spanish and English, but nothing is familiar to me about "ps3" or "scee" or "psn."  If you can update your question or submit it at a later date with more information, maybe we can all help you better.  (Or maybe I'm just ignorant of these symbols and/or terminology.)
