What time to leave Orlando for Tampa to eat?

My friend is wanting to drive from Orlando (Disney area) to Tampa for dinner tonight.

It is Tuesday.

What time would be a good time for her to leave (with traffic and all)?

I can't meet her in Tampa until 6 or later.

I'd leave 2hrs ahead of the time you want to meet in Tampa

I would leave at 4pm and go to the INternational Plaza Mall so if she is early she would have something to do.
