for xc, we are having a time trial on friday on a course of 3.0 mileswe did 2.5 miles of the course last weekmy first mile was at 7:50 and the rest (1.5 miles) was at race pacei was out of breath because i was sick and just tried to push it inmy total time was 15:40so what kind of time should i look for on friday?
