Time would continue! Clocks don't control time, they only record and mark time. Time is designated and controlled by God, and the heavens are His perfect timepiece. Even if all clocks stopped, they could all be accurately reset by the absolute reliable consistency of the movements of the heavenly bodies. So, time would continue, we, however would just be totally confused and discombobulated by our not being able to schedule or regulate our "timetable" activities.
