  1. The Millwoods Rec Centre is located on 28th Avenue and Millwoods Road. This facility features Twin Ice Rinks, Swimming Pool with Wave machine, Dive tank, As well as a fitness centre.    The Main Hours of operation for the facility are as follows:

    Sundays 8:00 am until 9:00 pm

    Mondays to Thursdays 5:00 am until 11:00pm

    Fridays: 5:00 am until 10:00 pm

    Saturdays: 6:00 am until 9:00 pm

    Pulbic Swim times vary depending on programs that may be occuring during the Summer.
