7:30-9am and 5-6pm

Within 10kms of the CBD, 8am - 7pm

Also Saturday 9am - 3pm

Melbourne's inner city traffic is horrible, due mainly to a combination of Trams and on-street parking.

Cycling is the best way to get around the inner city, but it is pretty dangerous because there is not enough infrastructure for cyclists.

The public transport is overcrowded between 7:30am - 9am and 5pm - 6pm on most lines. Trains don't run frequent enough outside peak times and trams are too slow, due to the traffic congestion.
