What time ranges (going from first place to last) should a runner going into a state competition for AN 8th GRADER then can you please tell the ranges for regional

EVENTS: 100M, 200M, 400M, and 800M

  1. the New York State High School Championship Meet winners are as follows:

            For Boys:  100M - 11.06

                               200M - 22.00

                               400M - 47.79

                               800M - 1:53.01

        

            For Girls:  100M - 12.54

                    200M - 24.68 (an 8th grader in this race ran 25.22)

                    400M - 55.24 (the same 8th grader won this race)

                               800M - 2:07

    200m - Sub 24seconds

    400m - Sub 54seconds

    800m - Sub 2min 03seconds

  4. well a 100meter race between 11sec to 14sec

    200meter race between 22sec to 26sec

    400meter race between 50 to 57

    800 meter race between 1:50 to 2 :00

  5. 100m - 11.2 down to 10.4

    200m - 22.3 down to 21.5

    400m - 52 down to 47

    800m - 2:02 down to 1:55
