What tips one should when they are TTC

Hi

I am trying to conceive. I want to know what all things I should keep in mind about food, caffeine intake, exercises?

I am 23 years old and have average weight. I am not regular in exercises...should I be? Please advice, It will be great to have tips from experienced ladies!

  1. Well it is just the time you ovulate. Get ovulation tests and take em and you will know when is your best time to get pregnant.No foods or anything will increase your chances. After s*x lie with your legs up in the air. Basically it doesn't let the come run out of you. Just have lots of love making while you are ovulating and I bet you will be on here saying I'm pregnant! I'm pregnant!

  3. My best advice is simply not to try too hard.  

  4. Start your pre-natals now (doc prescribed or OTC found at the pharmacy).  Watch for signs of ovulation (usually clear, stringy discharge in week 3 of cycle) and try not to drink or smoke to give yourself a healthy start. You'll be pregnant for 2 weeks before you can get a positive test.

    Most importantly... attack your husband and get busy as often as possible and have fun trying!

I just finished reading this e-book given to me by a friend and it has many tips in it on what to eat and what not to eat, etc. The things they recommended to cut down on were caffiene (including chocolate), no alcohol, quit smoking, take prenatal vitamins (see your OB for samples) - its important to get Folic acid in you before you become pregant, umm they also had tips on working out everyday (even if its just going for a walk), get yourself to your desired weight before you get pregnant, reducing stress/stressors in your life, pin-pointing the days you ovulate and then waiting to have s*x on those days so your egg/sperm will be "fresh' as they call it and not old/damaged/etc. Good luck and happy trying!
