As the weeks go on, up it to 45 mins, then an hour, etc. Your diet should consist of lean protein, fiber, whole grains, tons of fruits and veggies, and water, water, water♥ Dont eat any sugar. This will guarantee you to lose weight♥

    foods like "Weight Watchers" don't help you lose weight at allthey have actually been known to make you gain.

    eat lots of vegetables

    if you decide you want fast food

    you don't have to reduce your eating intake just substitute with healthier foods

    and exercise for at least 30 minutes every day

    also fish oil vitamins help speed up your metabolism

    and you'll lose weight faster but the vitamins don't always work for everybody, its only an option
