  1. If you know the lady you should use Ms, or ask her secretary first. If you don't know her madam. Yours sincerely if you know her, yours faithfully if you don't to sign off.

  2. Ms

This is a general title for a female.

  3. Ms.

  4. You could either use the persons full name or Ms.

  5. Well it's "Ms" but it's personal preferance some women like to use "Miss" so that people know they are not married.

  6. ms and surname

or first name ....then followed by her surname

    or inital   and surname

depends how formal it's to be ...........................

  7. ethier miss, mrs, madam or ms

  8. Younger girls are Miss

    Unmarried is Misses- Ms.

    Married women- Misters - Mrs.

Usually formal letters for woman who are older but un married is Ms.

  9. Ms

  10. Ms, or just her first and last names together. Or you could go all out and call her "The delactable..." or "the incorrigible..", whichever suits her better. :0)

  11. Ms. Like moi.

  12. How about  - say - Anita (her name) esq ?

  13. Ms

Despite what some uninformed people may think, Ms does not mean someone is divorced. Ms is independent of marital status and is ideal for formal letters and business dealings where marital status is irrelevant.

  14. Ms..........

  15. Ms means divorsed doesnt it?

i would put dear madam or miss/mrs xxxxxx

  16. i would just ut there name, cos ms means wen a woman has bin divorced and miss is insulting to a married woman and mrs is to a single woman ....... hope tis helps

  17. Well it would be more insulting if you said 'Mrs.' and she wasn't married! So, to be safe, say 'Ms.'

Or you could perhaps says 'Ms/Mrs'

    Or just her name...

  18. Use Ms. That is appropriate for married or single women.

  19. Just her name will do - no need for a title. I'm married and it annoys the h**l out of me when asked for my title. I'm like 'what does it matter'.
